This pie is easy to make and doesn't cost much, because you can add any gem you want and that way give the pie a specific taste.

The ingredients are:
5 eggs
2,5 cups of flour
0.5 cup of milk
1,5 cup of sugar
any gem

Method of preparing:
mix everything and put it in the oven for 30 min.

Cabbage soup

This is moldavian soup with salted, marinated cabbage. The analogue of it in Russia is Schee (Щи), which is a traditional russian soup.

The ingredients are:
meat, pork of beef
onions, carrots,
paste from tomatoes

The method of preparing:
Boil the meat until it's ready. But before it you have to prepare the cabbage for some days previously. Chop the cabbage and put a lot of salt and some water to cover it, and leave it like that for 3 days. That you can put it in the soup. That fry some onion and carrots chopped and add in the soup too. Than potatoes and spices. And in 20 min it is ready.

Another cabbage pie

I love cabbage because it is very healthy. At university when i'm having a lunch I usually order a soup with chicken and a simple cabbage salad and that is enough for me.
That is why I like to bake cabbage pie. As usually it is very simple, is it was described earlier here

It just differes the form, but the taste is the same. But you have to take care because cabbage may be a not so easy product for your stomach. So if your stomach is "easily offended" than you should better not eat it.

Chocolate cookies and vanilla cookies are my favorite. I love everything that contains chocolate, although I don't like too sweet things.
The following recipe I found not long ago, but I used to cook most like that cookies when I was little. They taste really great. These cookies are different, because (1) I almost didn't use sugar, (2) I used coffee instead of cacao.
The ingredients are:
margarine 150 gr
300 gr of flour
2 eggs
sugar, coffee

The method of preparing:
mix everything and make any forms you want. 30 min in the oven

For me spices are very important in cooking. I have a tone of them. And every time when shopping I buy some new spices. Especially I like asian spices, caucasian, indian etc.

Another type of lunch!

I have shown some examples of lunch which I have prepared, this is another one.
These are two pieces of chicken fillet with marinated green tomatoes, some macaroni's, and souses.
Method of preparing:
Take these two pieces of chicken, add some spices, then put them into an egg and then into flour. Then just fry them. After chicken becomes like the one from the picture.
