Cabbage soup

This is moldavian soup with salted, marinated cabbage. The analogue of it in Russia is Schee (Щи), which is a traditional russian soup.

The ingredients are:
meat, pork of beef
onions, carrots,
paste from tomatoes

The method of preparing:
Boil the meat until it's ready. But before it you have to prepare the cabbage for some days previously. Chop the cabbage and put a lot of salt and some water to cover it, and leave it like that for 3 days. That you can put it in the soup. That fry some onion and carrots chopped and add in the soup too. Than potatoes and spices. And in 20 min it is ready.
